Everything you need to use Krilarr

Get started quickly, understand pricing, and follow best practices for proofs, proposals, and verification. This guide is written to help you move from zero to a polished public portfolio in a single sitting.

Getting started

Create an account, complete your profile, and publish your first proof card. Your public profile becomes a trusted portfolio you can share anywhere, and every proof you publish adds credibility that compounds over time.

The fastest path is simple: create 2-3 strong proof cards, verify at least one, and share your public profile link in proposals, email, and social posts.

Tip: Lead with proof that has measurable outcomes. Even a single verified win can lift response rates and shorten sales cycles.

Profiles

Your profile is your public-facing hub. Add a clear headline, short bio, and links to your best work so clients can trust you quickly. Keep it simple, focus on outcomes, and make it easy to scan in under 30 seconds.

The best profiles read like a clean executive summary: who you help, what you do, and the results you can deliver.

You can keep your profile private while you build it. When you are ready, toggle it public and share your unique link with clients, hiring managers, or collaborators.

Sharing and public links

Every proof card and profile has a shareable link. Use these links in proposals, outreach emails, and freelance platforms. A short, proof-first link often outperforms long explanations.

If you want more control, upgrade for branding options and custom slugs so your link matches your name or studio.

Proof cards

Proof cards are structured case studies with outcomes, links, and verification. Each one should answer: what was the problem, what did you do, and what changed after.

Add screenshots, public links, and metrics. If you cannot share the client name, describe the context clearly so the story still feels concrete.

Best practices

Lead with outcomes, keep summaries short, and show before/after.

Verification impact

Verified proofs carry a trust badge and increase conversion with new prospects.

Verification

Send a verification request to a client or collaborator. The reviewer confirms the work and the outcome, and the badge appears automatically once approved.

Verification is optional but powerful. Even one or two verified cards can change how a new client perceives your credibility.

If a reviewer declines, you can update the proof and resend the request. The goal is not perfection, but clarity and trust.

Proposal Assistant

Use the step-based assistant to generate full proposal letters. Add goals, scope, and proof cards, then export to Word. PDF export is available on the Advanced plan.

Pro plans generate personal proposals. Advanced unlocks team proposals for larger engagements and more complex scopes.

Each draft is saved to your history. You can reopen, edit, or regenerate a new version anytime. Proposal activity also appears in notifications.

Exports

Word export is available for all Pro users. This format works well for Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and most freelance platforms. Advanced adds direct PDF export for polished delivery.

Pricing

Free lets you publish proof cards and share your profile. Pro unlocks the Proposal Assistant and advanced workflow tools. Advanced adds team-based proposals and PDF export. Visit the pricing section on the homepage for full details.

All key activity shows up in your notifications feed, including proof updates, verification events, and proposal activity. Use this feed as your work log.

You can also use notifications to stay on top of verification requests and proposal drafts without digging through email.
